Rules & Regulation for withdrawal of application for participation Withdrawal of participation will be allowed only if total exhibition area available gets over subscribed. However, it may please be noted that withdrawal before the draw of lots will attract a deduction of 10% of total participation charges towards administration charges. Withdrawal after the draw of lots will result in full forfeiture of the charges paid. Chairman IGFA/AHMC has the right to use his discretion as he deems fit in respect of any withdrawal. Participants will have to abide by the decision of IGFA in all matters related to the Fair. IGFA reserves the right to reject any application for space without assigning any reason. IGFA also reserved the right to allocate space less than applied for, due to space restraints. The applicant is bound by the decision of IGFA in stall allocation and no representation/revision shall be allowed in this regard. The booth once allotted shall not be shifted. The dimension of the booth shall be accepted by applicants, as finalized by IGFA and no representation shall be entertained in this regard. Halls are having pillars. Any allotment near pillar shall be accepted by applicant, as decided in Draw-of-lots.
