| Rules & Regulation for withdrawal of application for participation |
- Withdrawal of participation will be allowed only if total exhibition area available gets over subscribed. However, it may please be noted that withdrawal before the draw of lots will attract a deduction of 10% of total participation charges towards administration charges.
- Withdrawal after the draw of lots will result in full forfeiture of the charges paid.
- Chairman IGFA/AHMC has the right to use his discretion as he deems fit in respect of any withdrawal.
- Participants will have to abide by the decision of IGFA in all matters related to the Fair.
- IGFA reserves the right to reject any application for space without assigning any reason.
- IGFA also reserved the right to allocate space less than applied for, due to space restraints.
- The applicant is bound by the decision of IGFA in stall allocation and no representation/revision shall be allowed in this regard.
- The booth once allotted shall not be shifted.
- The dimension of the booth shall be accepted by applicants, as finalized by IGFA and no representation shall be entertained in this regard.
- Halls are having pillars. Any allotment near pillar shall be accepted by applicant, as decided in Draw-of-lots.
