Yes, the event is free to attend for qualified international buyers. Hosted buyers receive additional benefits including complimentary accommodation, Lunch and Airport pick and drop.

Hosted Buyers are international apparel importers, retailers, brands, and buying houses with significant purchasing power and a genuine interest in sourcing from India. Our selection committee reviews all applications based on annual buying volume, market influence, and sourcing requirements.

Most international visitors require a visa to enter India. Once your Hosted Buyer application is approved, our team will provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application. We recommend applying for your visa at least 4-6 weeks before the event.

Hosted Buyers receive complimentary hotel accommodation (up to 3 nights), airport transfers, personalized supplier matchmaking, VIP access to all fair activities, and priority meeting scheduling with exhibitors.
